HOW DO I GET TO THE STUDIO LOCATION?

WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO GET TO THE STUDIO FOR MY PHOTO SESSION?

• Please take in count if you're doing your own makeup please book your photo session accordingly, so that you can make it to your photo session on time.
• We ask all clients to get to their photo session 15 to 30 minutes early.
• If you are doing makeup with one of our Studio Make Up Artist, then we ask all clients to get to the studio an hour early.

WHEN I GET TO THE STUDIO WHERE CAN I PARK?

• Parking is Available: Limited 2 hour free parking in the lot in front of the main entrance to the building on Botham Jean Blvd.
• Metered Parking: Available along Botham Jean Blvd. You can pay with coins, by credit card or ParkMobile App.
• Additional Parking: Guests may park in the free “Retail Parking Lot” located at the SW corner of Belleview Street and Austin.

HOW LONG AFTER MY SESSION WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?

You will receive a link of your proofs 24 to 48 hours following your session.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EDITED PHOTOS?

You will receive your edits within 5-7 business following the date you provide us with your "Favorite" photo choices inside of your online gallery.

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR BEING LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?

No, however your session will end at the time previously scheduled.  Late arrivals result in shorter sessions.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

IS MY RETAINER FEE REFUNDABLE?

NO, all retainer fees are non-refundable!!
