Session Details
- Studio/Outdoor Location
- LATE Arrivals Result In Shorter Sessions
- If time permits .. Additional Outfit can be added for $100
- All booked shoots will require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee at the time of booking.
- Your appointment is not secure until the retainer fee is received. Your retainer fee is applied to your shoot balance.
- Additional Guests are Permitted As Long As They Don't Interfere With Photographer's Workspace
- Final payment due on the day of your photo session.
- Turnaround time to receive all photos is 5 to 10 business days. 48 hour turnaround time of photos available for $150.
- Online Photo Gallery where you can view and download all photos from your session. Please archive all downloaded photos on a disc or jump drive. You will have 60 days access to your online gallery.
- From your photography session you get to choose a number of photos from your session for retouching by choosing the "Favorite" button for each photo in your online gallery.
- Full photo rights to all your photos from your session.
- Additional Edits Range: $15 - $25 per photo
- Printing Service is available inside your online photo gallery.

HOW DO I GET TO THE STUDIO LOCATION?

WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO GET TO THE STUDIO FOR MY PHOTO SESSION?
- Please take in count if you're doing your own makeup please book your photo session accordingly, so that you can make it to your photo session on time.
- We ask all clients to get to their photo session 15 to 30 minutes early.
- If you are doing makeup with one of our Studio Make Up Artist, then we ask all clients to get to the studio an hour early.
WHEN I GET TO THE STUDIO WHERE CAN I PARK?
- Parking is Available: Limited 2 hour free parking in the lot in front of the main entrance to the building on Botham Jean Blvd.
- Metered Parking: Available along Botham Jean Blvd. You can pay with coins, by credit card or ParkMobile App.
- Additional Parking: Guests may park in the free “Retail Parking Lot” located at the SW corner of Belleview Street and Austin.
HOW LONG AFTER MY SESSION WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
You will receive a link of your proofs 24 to 48 hours following your session.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EDITED PHOTOS?
You will receive your edits within 5-7 business following the date you provide us with your "Favorite" photo choices inside of your online gallery.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR BEING LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?
No, however your session will end at the time previously scheduled. Late arrivals result in shorter sessions.

IS MY RETAINER FEE REFUNDABLE?
NO, all retainer fees are non-refundable!!
